Goldena chella Betsy has 15 years of experience in pre and post tendering department with a strong desire and make a positive difference to the organization. Excellent ability to adapt and perform a challenging management position in the field of Estimation, Costing, Tendering & Proposals.

Goldena chella Betsy has B.E civil engineering and also holds a gold medal in M.E (Environmental Management) for completing as the topper in Anna University.

Vijay Singh B.E, MBA

Business Development professional with 17+ years experience and achievements in Business Analysis and Consulting with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to gain the confidence and respect business needs. Experience in managing enterprise & Strategic Growth team, to support our aggressive growth ambitions & to generate a robust enterprise pipeline with leading domestic companies.

Vijay Singh holds a degree in B. E and MBA in international business from Manhattan Institute of Management, New York USA.

Jerald J, B.E, M.Sc, MRICS

Jerald J Singh is a Chartered Project Surveyor having Pre and Post contracts experience with sound contractual and commercial knowledge.  He has mixed the experience of multiple roles and tasks over the years working in construction industry. He has been involved in a wide range of projects such as Theme Parks, 5 Star Hotels, Airport Lounges, Service Apartments, Mixed Use complex buildings, and  Landscaping Works.

Jerald J Singh holds a degree in B. E in Civil Engineering and MSc (UK) in Quantity surveying. He is also a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

Gnanasekar B.E (Civil)

Gnanasekar has 20 years of experience in project execution and having worked on Iconic projects e.g. Downtown Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro, Dubai International Airport T3, Midfield Terminal Abu Dhabi, CSIA T2, Dubai Festival City, covering all sectors like Hospitality, Mixed- Use, Airports and Iconic Structures in India. Definitive skill set for all aspects of high-end Fit-outs. Subcontractor Management, Execution Planning, Quality Management, Defects Liability Management, Mock-up/Bench marking Expertise.

Gnanasekar holds a Diploma and B.E civil engineering and has extensive site knowledge in UAE and India.

Abraham Berin B.E, M.sc

Abraham Vetha Berin has over 10 years of experience in the acoustical consultancy and design industry. He specializes in Architectural and room acoustics simulation, transducer design, finite element analysis, and noise measurement and vibration control. Over the years he has worked on many diverse and interesting projects in the Middle East region and Asia.

Abraham Vetha Berin has graduated as an electronics and media engineer and has successfully completed his masters in audio acoustics from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He is also a member of ASA and Member of MEAS

Gopinath R

Gopinath R has more than 12 years of work experience in local and overseas vendor database development, vendor relationship management, Value Engineering, material demand/supply analysis, logistics management, negotiation and quality management. He has proven ability in sourcing rare materials and his all transactions have more than 20% average savings and Proficiency to negotiate win-win payment terms.

Gopinath has graduated as a Bachelor of Computer Application and has done a C.P.M Course (Certified Purchasing Manager/ HR Management) in the Ministry of Education (KHDA) Dubai (UAE).
